Beena Iram, Human Resource Manager

Beena Iram joined Nextbridge in 2005. She holds Master degree in Business Administration and also a Certified HRM Professional. She has also worked as Project Assistant and HR Executive prior to her current position as HR Manager.

Beena has a strong desire to become an HR strategic partner of the company by introducing best practices and to execute its corporate vision. She believes that employees are the valuable asset of any organization; she has a vision to develop and retain it by ensuring the highest level of employees’ satisfaction.
